- Building and analyzing scenarios of solutions in response to the question regarding the possibility of a 30% reduction of energy in the city without compromising the safety and quality of life of the inhabitants.
- Analysis of the heat demand of a multi-family building for the needs of central heating and domestic hot water. The building is connected to the municipal heat network. The case study consisted in presenting variants of the same building based on the demand for heat in a central heating and decentralized system. The results showed that the final energy demand for central heating and heating domestic hot water the topology of technical systems and their energy efficiency as well as the location in the building have a significant impact. The difference between the final energy in the central and decentralized systems is from 38%-25% depending on the central heating supply temperature.
